Bronze, Copper, Silver, Brass, Cherry, and Water

I designed this sculpture as I was getting into Kayaking.  It is intended to bring back memories of all the fun ways you played with water as a kid.

The hand is bronze.  Water is pumped through the tip of the index finger to support a silver and brass cone.  The catch basin is copper and the base that conceals the pump is cherry wood.  The water pressure can be adjusted to make the cone float at different heights.
